You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use SlideStudio. By using the Service, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts & Authentication

SlideStudio uses Clerk for account creation and authentication.

You agree to:

• •Maintain accurate account information
• •Keep your login credentials secure
• •Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe you violated these Terms.

3. Use of the Services

You may use SlideStudio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• •Upload or generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content
• •Use AI-generated content to deceive, impersonate, or commit fraud
• •Attempt to access SlideStudio systems without authorization
• •Reverse-engineer, bypass, or manipulate our systems or security
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Services

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all images, product details, prompts, and content you upload.

By using the Services, you grant SlideStudio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• •Process your content via AI
• •Display it within your account
• •Provide features such as saving projects, generating slideshows, and scheduling posts

You confirm you have all rights necessary to upload and use the content you provide.

SlideStudio is not responsible for copyrighted, unlicensed, or infringing content you upload.

5. AI-Generated Content

SlideStudio uses AI models from:

• •OpenAI
• •Anthropic
• •Google / Nano Banana Pro

AI-generated outputs may:

• •Contain inaccuracies
• •Include unsafe, offensive, or NSFW content
• •Misrepresent facts or brand messaging
• •Fail to meet performance expectations

You agree that:

1. 1.AI outputs are not guaranteed to be correct or safe.
2. 2.You are solely responsible for reviewing content before posting or publishing.
3. 3.SlideStudio is not liable for damages caused by AI outputs.

6. Processing of User Content via Third-Party AI APIs

You acknowledge that your content may be processed by external AI providers.

These providers may handle data according to their own privacy policies, which may include retention or training practices beyond SlideStudio's control.

You must review those provider policies if this concerns you.

7. Internal Use of Anonymized Content (Opt-Out Available)

SlideStudio may use anonymized or aggregated user content to improve:

• •AI prompt structures
• •Recommendation systems
• •Platform performance

Opt-out applies to future processing only.

8. TikTok Integration & Scheduling

When connecting your TikTok account, you authorize SlideStudio to:

• •Access TikTok analytics and performance data
• •Display this data inside your dashboard
• •Schedule posts upon your instruction

SlideStudio does not:

• •Store TikTok OAuth tokens
• •Access your TikTok password
• •Post content without a user-scheduled action

Scheduling a slideshow counts as a user-approved action.

You bear full responsibility for all slideshows scheduled through your account.

9. Pinterest & Example Slideshows

Pinterest-sourced images shown in SlideStudio are for inspiration only. You may not export or publish them.

Example slideshows are for educational and creative reference. You may not:

• •Treat them as finished ads
• •Assume they are factually accurate
• •Assume they comply with any platform rules

10. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• •Pay the listed fees
• •Allow Stripe to store your billing information
• •Automatic renewal unless canceled

We store:

• •Subscription tier
• •Stripe customer ID
• •Billing cycle
• •Subscription status
• •Subscription period

We do not store credit card numbers.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time but are not automatically refunded unless required by law.

11. Cancellation & Termination

You may delete your account via Clerk or by contacting: hello@bluekiwi.ai

Upon deletion:

• •Projects, images, and content are removed
• •Minimal metadata is retained for compliance
• •Stripe retains billing records

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• •You violate these Terms
• •You engage in abusive behavior
• •You misuse the platform
• •You attempt to harm our systems

12. Intellectual Property

All SlideStudio software, branding, templates, tutorials, UI/UX, and internal systems are the exclusive property of SlideStudio.

Users may not:

• •Copy, resell, or redistribute the platform
• •Create competing services using SlideStudio concepts
• •Misuse trademarks or branding

13. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe your work was used improperly, send a DMCA notice to:

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee:

• •Accuracy of AI outputs
• •Complete reliability or uptime
• •Safe or error-free content
• •That generated content will convert, perform, or meet user expectations

Use SlideStudio at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

SlideStudio is not liable for:

• •Loss of profits
• •Business interruption
• •Brand damage
• •Copyright claims arising from user content
• •Harm caused by AI-generated material
• •NSFW or offensive content generated by models
• •Scheduling errors caused by user actions
• •Damages exceeding what you paid in the last 12 months

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SlideStudio harmless against claims arising from:

• •Your use of the Service
• •Copyright or trademark violations
• •Violations of these Terms
• •Use of AI-generated content

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, excluding conflicts of law principles.

Any dispute must be resolved in Utah state or federal courts.
