We want you to enjoy using SlideStudio, and we offer a limited refund window under specific conditions. This policy explains when refunds are granted and how to request one.

1. 7-Day Refund Window (First Payment Only)

You are eligible for a refund within 7 days of your very first subscription payment, provided that:

You have not used more than 20 paid credits

If your account has consumed 21 or more paid credits, the refund becomes ineligible, even if you are within the 7-day window.

The refund applies to the first payment only

Recurring subscription renewals do not qualify for this 7-day refund policy.

2. Renewals Are Non-Refundable

Recurring monthly or annual subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances unless required by law.

Users are responsible for canceling their subscription before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.

3. Abuse or Excessive Use

We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect:

  • Excessive generation designed to exploit the policy
  • Credit usage patterns inconsistent with normal use
  • Multiple refund requests from the same user or entity

SlideStudio protects itself from misuse in order to continue offering a fair refund window.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • The email associated with your account
  • The date of your first payment
  • A brief explanation of your request

Refund requests must be submitted within the 7-day window.

We may take 3–5 business days to review your request and verify credit usage.

5. Refund Method

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on Stripe and your financial institution (typically 5–10 business days)

6. No Refunds for AI Output Quality

Because SlideStudio uses AI models that may generate imperfect, inaccurate, or unexpected content, refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction with:

  • AI image quality
  • AI script quality
  • AI accuracy
  • Offensive or NSFW content
  • Output that does not match your brand
  • Performance of scheduled posts

Users are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.
