DMCA Policy
SlideStudio ("we", "us", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond to valid copyright infringement notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing the allegedly infringing material and/or terminating the accounts of repeat offenders.
This policy explains how copyright owners can submit a DMCA takedown notice, how users can submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was incorrect, and how SlideStudio handles these claims.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)
If you believe that content on SlideStudio infringes your copyright, send a DMCA-compliant notice to:
To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include the following information:
Required Elements:
- 1.Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- 2.Identification of the material on SlideStudio that you believe is infringing (URL or direct link required).
- 3.Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- 4.A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- 5.A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- 6.Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices cannot be processed.
2. Removal of Allegedly Infringing Content
Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice:
- •We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- •We will notify the user who uploaded the content.
- •If appropriate, we may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
We may also retain copies of the content as required by law.
3. How to Submit a Counter-Notification
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to us.

The counter-notification must include:

- 2.Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- 3.A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal or disabling of the content was a mistake or misidentification.
- 4.A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the District of Utah, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice.
- 5.Your physical or electronic signature.
If a valid counter-notification is received, SlideStudio may restore the removed content after 10–14 business days, unless the copyright owner initiates a legal action.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
SlideStudio may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright laws. Violations may include:
- •Multiple DMCA takedown notices
- •Uploading copyrighted content without permission
- •Misusing Pinterest inspiration images beyond allowed purposes
- •Using copyrighted third-party images without proper rights
We reserve the right to assess violations on a case-by-case basis.
5. User Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for:
- •Uploading only content they own or have licensed
- •Verifying copyright rights for images, videos, and text
- •Reviewing AI-generated content before posting or scheduling
- •Ensuring compliance when using third-party materials
SlideStudio does not monitor all uploaded content and is not liable for user misuse.
6. Misrepresentation Warning
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly submits a false claim — whether a takedown notice or counter-notification — may be liable for damages, including legal fees.
